Ways to Protect Yourself From Bullies
Class Description
What if you could wear invisible armor that helps you feel safe, confident, and unshakable in the face of bullying? In this empowering class, students will learn practical ways to protect themselves from the emotional impact of bullying—not by fighting back, but by building themselves up from the inside out.
Using real-life examples and relatable analogies, we’ll explore how self-acceptance, confidence, and connection act like a bulletproof vest, guarding your heart and mind. Just like police officers don’t expect to get hurt but prepare just in case, students will learn how to prepare mentally and emotionally so that bullying loses its power. Together, we’ll build up the strength to stand tall, speak up, and surround ourselves with the right support—no matter what others say or do. This class isn’t about fear. It’s about strength, courage, and becoming the kind of person who knows their worth and won’t let anyone shake it.
