Join us each month for a free virtual workshop designed to empower youth (ages 10–18) and support parents! These engaging sessions focus on bullying prevention, self-care, resilience, and emotional wellness. Youth will connect with peers, build confidence, and learn real-life tools for navigating challenges. Parents and caregivers can also join optional add-on courses that offer strategies to better support their children. Workshops are interactive, inspiring, and led by trained facilitators in a safe, supportive environment. Together, we’re building a kinder, stronger generation—one workshop at a time.
