Fearless Against Bullying (FAB)

Fearless Against Bullying (FAB) is a three-month hybrid program created for youth ages 10–18 who have experienced bullying.

Bullying can affect much more than a young person’s school experience. It can impact confidence, relationships, emotional well-being, sense of belonging, and the way young people see themselves.

FAB was created to help young people recognize that what they have experienced does not define who they are or what they can become.

Through supportive conversations, interactive activities, creative expression, family engagement, and intentional opportunities for connection, FAB equips youth with practical tools and skills to navigate bullying and other challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

What Youth Learn

FAB focuses on helping participants develop skills they can continue using beyond the program, including:

  • Understanding bullying and learning healthy, effective ways to respond
  • Building confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth
  • Developing resilience and learning how to navigate difficult experiences
  • Recognizing healthy friendships and relationships
  • Understanding and communicating personal boundaries
  • Practicing self-care and healthy emotional outlets
  • Developing communication and self-advocacy skills

A Safe, Supportive Community

FAB is built on the belief that young people should not have to navigate bullying alone. Participants are given a space where they can be heard, supported, encouraged, and reminded that they are worthy of respect and belonging. FAB facilitators are trained and background checked to help provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where youth can participate in structured activities and guided conversations while their individual experiences are respected. Through shared experiences and meaningful discussions, participants have opportunities to develop empathy, strengthen relationships, practice communication, and recognize the importance of creating environments where others feel accepted and included. FAB is not simply about helping youth get through bullying. It is about helping them develop skills, confidence, resilience, and connections that can continue to serve them beyond the program.

The Goal

Our Goal is Simple:

To help young people recognize their value, strengthen their confidence, develop resilience, build healthy relationships, use their voice, and know that their experiences do not define their future.

FAB helps young people move from isolation toward connection, from uncertainty toward confidence, and from feeling powerless toward empowerment.
