Are You Being a Bully?
How to Tell If You’ve Gone Too Far?

Class Description

Sometimes, we don’t realize the impact of our words or actions until someone points it out—or until it’s too late. In this reflective and eye-opening class, students will explore how to recognize bullying behaviors in themselves and those around them. The goal isn’t to shame or punish—but to empower students to take ownership of their actions, make better choices, and grow into kinder, more respectful individuals.

Through guided discussion and real-life examples, we’ll examine the warning signs of bullying, including blaming others, following negative peer influences, avoiding responsibility, and using popularity or power to hurt others. Students will learn how certain behaviors, even when unintentional, can deeply affect others—and how to shift those behaviors toward empathy, accountability, and positive leadership.

This class encourages honest self-reflection but also delivers hope. Everyone has the ability to change their story. With the right tools and support, students will walk away with a better understanding of themselves, stronger decision-making skills, and a commitment to building a more respectful environment for all.
